At DeepLobe, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. While we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients, we also have policies in place to protect our business and ensure that we can continue to provide our services well into the future.
DeepLobe’s Cancellation Policy
DeepLobe charges and collects the subscription amount in advance for the use of the platform. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a user selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, DeepLobe will calculate a prorated amount with the first payment due on signing.
- All subscriptions – monthly, half-yearly and yearly – renew automatically on their due renewal date according to the date of purchase until officially canceled. Users may cancel anytime by clicking on the <Cancel Subscription> button in their Settings.
- Users will receive an email from DeepLobe confirming that their subscription to the platform has been canceled.
- Important: No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be refunded to a user upon cancellation.
- Customers can cancel at any time without any penalty or additional fee.
- If you should decide to cancel, please understand we’re unable to offer prorated refunds. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period and you won’t be charged further. After the end of the billing plan, we will downgrade to the free plan and will delete all the data.
- Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. For more information, navigate to <Settings>, then to <Subscriptions>
- The chosen billing method will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
- Regarding downgrades on a subscription, DeepLobe does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.
- DeepLobe reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription. No refunds will be offered if DeepLobe refuses a new or renewing subscription/membership.
